Whole Lamb Deposit

If you are a resturant owner or chef or if you're looking to save money when buying lamb, or prefer to cut your favorite primals into portions just to your liking, then this product is for you! 
Whole carcass is $12/lb and a lamb carcass will dress out to 45-55 lb ($540-$660). All lamb is frozen unless fresh pick up is arranged ahead of harvest dates.  By placing your deposit you will reserve your lamb/have choice in cuts and your deposit will be subtracted from your final total. 
Once a deposit is received on your whole lamb order you will be emailed a cut sheet where you can specify how you would like it processed.
